Volunteering is a great way to develop new skills, gain new friends, share your talents, and make a difference in your community.
We have various volunteer opportunities such as:
- Children's programs
- office/clerical work
- peer support
- outreach visits
- baking for our community coffee hours
- fundraising activities
- phone information support
- board membership
- committee members
- special events

Our volunteer program focuses on screening, training, placement in meaningful positions, supervision, formal and informal recognition and professional development. If you have a particular skill you would like to teach others, why not contact the MFRC so you can enrich the lives of others while having fun.
